1. A user may only have claim to a max of 10 characters at a time, since this site covers like everything.
2. A user may only claim up to 3 characters from one show/game/etc...
3. If someone wishes to claim a character already taken and the user is inactive for a month or so, then claim shall shift over.
4. All, I mean ALL claimed characters cannot be in canon RPs, since there could be a chance they could die and stay dead. But they can participate in non canon RPs.
5. No romancing claimed characters, period. You can befriend them, but that's it.
